"where do you see yourself..."

I try not to look too far down the road, but you have to plan. In five years, I believe I could be one of many things, a project manager, an information architect, or a creative director. I like working all across the board. I like to be challenged. I strive to be well rounded and step in where I'm needed. I guess the best description for this would be as a utility player, a person who can wear many hats and make a difference.

Where do I get started? I am looking for a company with a long-term plan. I want to be a part of an organization that has a strong and established methodology, somewhere that strongly believes in collaboration, somewhere that wants to push you to be your best. I want a be a part of a company where employees like to help their peers grow. I want to be a part of a team where anything but number one is unacceptable.
